E-commerce Customer Service Assistant

Key responsibilities

- Respond to customer enquiries by email, live chat, and social media in a professional and timely manner
- Update and maintain customer records in our CRM (Gorgias)
- Process orders, returns and exchanges in Shopify
- Work with the team to meet customer service targets and improve processes

What we are looking for





- Experience with Gorgias or a similar CRM is highly regarded
- Experience and confidence with online (email and live chat) and service is preferred

- Shopify experience is preferred
- If you do not yet have direct online customer service experience but consider yourself exceptionally capable, proactive and quick to learn, we encourage you to apply
