Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on Dynatrace experience (APM, Infra, RUM, Synthetic, Logs)
- Expertise in OneAgent, Smartscape, PurePath, Davis AI
- Experience with cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Kubernetes/microservices
- Knowledge of observability frameworks (metrics, logs, traces, OpenTelemetry)
Other Skills
- Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
- Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments
- Solid debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
Experience Requirements
- 10 years in monitoring / observability / SRE roles
- 3–5 years hands-on Dynatrace experience
- Experience leading enterprise-scale observability implementations and migrations
- Dynatrace certifications Associate preferred
