Town & Country Children's Centre is looking for a fantastic Certificate III or Diploma Qualified Educator to join our team on a full-time basis, working five days per week.

About the role

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, where you will play an important role in delivering high-quality education and care.





Your responsibilities will include

- Building warm, secure and respectful relationships with children and families.
- Creating engaging, meaningful and play-based learning experiences.
- Contributing to program planning, documentation and reflective practice.
- Supporting children's individual development, interests and learning.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive and inclusive team environment.
- Maintaining high standards of health, safety, supervision and regulatory compliance.
- Contributing to our ongoing commitment to exceeding the National Quality Standard.

About you

We are looking for someone who:
- Holds a recognised Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- Has a genuine passion for early childhood education and children's learning.
- Is warm, approachable, enthusiastic and positive.
- Builds robust, respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues.
- Demonstrates initiative and takes pride in their work.
- Has a sound understanding of the National Quality Framework and child safety responsibilities.
- Is reliable, organised and enjoys being part of a collaborative team.
- Is committed to learning, reflection and continuous improvement.
