Continuing our tradition of excellence at Iona Presentation College, we are seeking a dedicated professional and qualified Early Childhood Teacher for the above position. The successful applicant will demonstrate the ability to:

- Create a warm, nurturing and engaging early learning setting that supports the wellbeing and development of young children.
- Deliver high-quality, play-based learning programs aligned with Early Years Learning Framework and the Iona Vision for Learning.
- Use evidence-informed practices to plan, assess and differentiate learning to meet the diverse needs of all students.
- Build strong, positive and trusting relationships with children, families and colleagues.
- Foster children’s curiosity, creativity and independence through intentional teaching and thoughtful learning experiences.




- Collaborate effectively within a professional learning community to enhance teacher practice and student outcomes.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with parents and caregivers to support each child’s learning journey.
- Integrate wellbeing, social–emotional learning and inclusive practices into daily routines and classroom culture.
- Demonstrate strong organisational skills, reflective practice and a commitment to ongoing skilled growth.
- Actively contribute to the life, values and charism of Iona Presentation College through a heart for service, community and excellence.
- Be fully supportive of the Catholic ethos and the Presentation traditions and practices of the College.
