The Role

We are seeking a passionate and qualified Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to join our Tighes Hill team. In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of innovative educational programs that inspire a love of learning. You will work collaboratively with a team of dedicated educators to create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for our children.

Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and evaluate high-quality educational programs based on the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Framework (NQF). Observe and record children’s learning and development to inform future planning and share progress with families. Foster strong, collaborative partnerships with families, encouraging their involvement in the educational program.

Lead, mentor, and support room educators to ensure the delivery of exceptional care and education. Maintain a protected, healthy, and hygienic environment for all children. Ensure full compliance with Kinda Kapers’ policies, procedures, and relevant early childhood legislation.

Skills &

Qualifications:



An ACECQA-approved Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent/working towards). Current NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC).

Current First

Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis Management Certificates. A deep understanding of the EYLF and NQS. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A genuine passion for early childhood development and education.
