Digital & Ecommerce Manager

3 days in the Marrickville office, 2 days wfh.

- Take the lead on online growth across a stable of six beauty brands
- Hands-on, high-impact role reporting directly to the GM ANZ
- Lead a direct report and manage the web agency relationship

The opportunity

Our client is an international beauty business behind a collection of much-loved brands, with a growing footprint across Australia and overseas markets. They’re after a commercially sharp Digital & Ecommerce Manager to take the reins of their online channel locally. It’s a role with real scope: you’ll set the direction, run the numbers and roll up your sleeves to make it happen.

Where you’ll focus

- You’ll be responsible for the online P&L; across the brand portfolio, setting and hitting targets for revenue, traffic and conversion. Each month you’ll pull together performance insights on sales, ROI and site behaviour and use them to shape what happens next.

If you don't have experience owning a P&L; - this can be taught!

- You’ll continually improve how customers shop each site,



from UX and design tweaks to a structured testing program (A/B and multivariate) that lifts conversion.
- You’ll own the search and paid strategy, covering SEO, Google Ads and paid social, and plan campaigns a few months ahead.
- You’ll build the monthly promotional calendar, set up sales and merchandise the sites, and grow customer lifetime value through segmented email and loyalty initiatives.
- You’ll coach a Digital Experience Coordinator and oversee the development agency, keeping projects, hours and spend on track.

What you’ll bring

- At least three years managing an online store or ecommerce channel
- Experience running more than one site at once, ideally on Shopify or BigCommerce
- Confidence building and optimising campaigns yourself in Google Ads and Meta
- Robust analytical skills and comfort with Google Analytics
- A commercial mindset that balances big-picture strategy with getting stuck into the detail
- A genuine passion for beauty and skincare
