Key ResponsibilitiesAs an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and supervising electrical crews across shutdown and project scopes
- Coordinating daily work activities to ensure safe and efficient execution
- Managing permits, isolations, and electrical disconnect/reconnect activities
- Ensuring all work complies with site safety standards and procedures
- Providing mentoring, coaching, and leadership to electricians and trades personnel
- Liaising with clients, planners, and site stakeholders
- Monitoring productivity, quality, and schedule performance
- Promoting a strong safety culture and leading by example

About YouTo be successful in this role, you will ideally possess: Essential
- Previous experience as an Electrical Supervisor
- WA A-Grade Electrical Licence
- Strong understanding of permits, isolations, and electrical commissioning activities
- Construction White Card
- Current LVR/CPR
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor qualification
- Strong leadership and communication skills

Highly Regarded
- Experience supervising crews on major shutdowns
- Demonstrated shutdown experience within the mining or resources sector
- SAP, INX, Pronto, or similar maintenance systems exposure
