Your New Role CV Services is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead the safe and successful delivery of 11kV electrical infrastructure projects across South East Queensland. Working from our Sunshine Coast operations and collaborating closely with Project Managers and Project Engineers, you will take ownership of field delivery, construction quality, safety performance and project outcomes. You will supervise electricians, subcontractors and specialist contractors delivering critical electrical infrastructure including underground cable networks, substations, transformers, RMUs and associated protection and control systems.

Key responsibilities include

- Leading daily site operations, work planning, resourcing and subcontractor coordination
- Supervising installation of 11kV cable networks, feeders, duct banks, pits, cable pulling and terminations
- Overseeing installation and commissioning of substations, transformers, RMUs and HV switchgear
- Coordinating HV testing, commissioning and energisation activities
- Managing site safety, permits, isolations and stakeholder interfaces
- Maintaining quality documentation, reporting and project handovers
- Developing crews, apprentices and site personnel while fostering a positive team culture

What You'll Need To Succeed To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Demonstrated experience supervising HV electrical construction projects
- Strong knowledge of 11kV distribution networks, substations, transformers and switchgear
- Experience coordinating electrical crews, subcontractors and multiple work fronts




- Ability to interpret electrical schematics, single-line diagrams and construction drawings
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
- Current Queensland Electrical Work Licence
- Current Manual Driver Licence

Highly regarded
- Experience working on Energex and Ergon Energy infrastructure projects
- Exposure to customer connections, private HV networks and commercial power infrastructure
- Knowledge of protection systems, testing and commissioning activities
- Experience with SCADA, RTU or control systems
- HV switching authorisations or experience working within HV permit and access systems
