We are developing the first commercial gold processing plant in Australia (and third in the world) to utilise the Albion™ Process, combining ultra-fine grinding with oxidative leaching to unlock value from refractory gold ores. This creative flowsheet presents a rare opportunity for an ambitious Plant Metallurgist to gain hands-on experience with leading-edge technology while contributing directly to the successful ramp-up and optimization of a new gold operation.

Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, the Electrical Supervisor is responsible for leading the safe and effective maintenance of electrical systems and infrastructure across the processing plant and site facilities. The role ensures the reliability, availability, and performance of electrical assets through the implementation of maintenance strategies, work management processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Working on an 8:6 FIFO roster and reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, the Electrical Supervisor will provide physical and technical support to the processing operation, working closely with Operations, Maintenance, and Processing teams to maximise plant performance, recovery and reliability.





This role will be instrumental in developing plant understanding during commissioning and ramp-up, identifying optimisation opportunities, and ensuring electrical performance targets are achieved safely and sustainably. Key responsibilities include:

- Lead electrical maintenance activities to ensure safe, reliable and efficient plant operations.

- Supervise and develop a team of electrical tradespeople through coaching, mentoring and leadership.

- Coordinate planned, preventative and breakdown maintenance to maximise equipment availability.

- Support commissioning, operational readiness and ongoing maintenance of new plant and infrastructure.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability, performance and asset life.

- Manage electrical troubleshooting and fault-finding activities to minimise downtime.

- Oversee maintenance planning systems, asset registers and preventative maintenance programs.

- Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory requirements, Australian Standards and company procedures.

- Coordinate electrical spare parts, critical inventory and contractor activities to support operational requirements.

- Promote a strong safety-first culture through visible leadership,



workforce engagement and continuous improvement.

ABOUT YOU To be successful in this role, you will possess:

- Electrical trade certificate or tertiary qualification in Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering or a related discipline.

- Previous experience in a gold processing operation.

- Valid Western Australian “C” Class Driver’s Licence.

- FIFO experience.

- Senior First Aid qualification (or willing to obtain).

- Forklift, Telehandler and EWP.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

- A proactive and hands-on approach to plant optimisation and continuous improvement.

- The ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary operational environment.
