Capital CleaningGroup Canberra Pty. Ltd. is currently seeking reliable and hardworking End of Construction Cleaners to join our team in Canberra. This role involves detailed cleaning of newly built or renovated residential and commercial sites to prepare them for handover.
Construction cleaning requires attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work in environments where dust, debris, and building residue are present.
Key Responsibilities
- Detailed cleaning of newly constructed or renovated properties
- Removal of construction dust, debris, and residue
- Cleaning windows, frames, tracks, and glass surfaces
- Cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, and cabinetry
- Removing paint spots, stickers, and protective films
- Vacuuming and mopping floors
- Ensuring properties are presented to a high standard for client handover
Requirements (Essential)
- Valid White Card
- Completed Silica Awareness Training
- Completed Asbestos Awareness Training
- Previous experience in construction cleaning or commercial cleaning preferred
- Solid attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual work
- Reliable and punctual
Desirable
- Previous experience in builders cleans / end of construction cleaning
- Own transport and driver's licence
- Availability for flexible working hours
