What will you be doing?

You will be one of the friendly voices our customers hear when they call. Your job is to make sure every customer feels welcomed, listened to, and genuinely helped.

Your day will include

- Answering inbound customer calls with a friendly, professional, and helpful attitude.

- Listening to customer enquiries and helping them find the information or assistance they need.

- Following up on customer requests and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

- Working with other team members to resolve enquiries and deliver a smooth customer experience.

- Keeping accurate records of customer conversations and requests.

- Learning how to manage different situations with confidence, patience, and professionalism.

- Looking for little ways to make a significant difference to our customers' experience.
