About the role
Zentact Systems is looking for an experienced Test Lead to own testing strategy and delivery for data-intensive programs. This is a permanent, Sydney-based role. You’ll lead end-to-end testing across ETL and data validation, migration, reporting and cloud platforms, and act as the quality voice with business and technology stakeholders
What you’ll do
- Define test strategy and plans for complex telecom programs
- Lead and manage end-to-end test execution across multiple workstreams
- Design and oversee test cases for ETL, data validation, migration and reporting
- Run migration testing, including reconciliation and cutover validation
- Manage defects through to resolution, with clear tracking and triage
- Report test progress, risks and quality metrics to senior stakeholders
- Provide leadership and governance across test teams
- Collaborate with business, delivery, data and cloud teams
- What you’ll bring
- 10+ years in software testing and QA, with 5+ years as a Test Lead
- Strong experience testing in the telecom domain
- Proven ETL and data validation testing
- Hands-on migration testing experience
- Reporting validation experience
- Experience testing on cloud platforms
- Strong test planning, strategy and test design skills
- Confident stakeholder management, leadership and governance
