At Kingfisher Bay Resort, you’ll coordinate events from the early planning stages through to delivery, working closely with clients, suppliers and teams across the resort to make sure every detail comes together.

About the Role You’ll help bring a diverse calendar of weddings, conferences, group bookings and special events to life across Kingfisher Bay Resort and K’gari Beach Resort. From venue inspections and event planning through to accommodation, suppliers and event-day coordination, you’ll keep everything moving while creating a seamless experience for clients and guests.

You’ll work closely with teams across Food & Beverage, Kitchen, Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Marine Operations and Reservations to ensure each event comes together seamlessly.

About You

You’re organised,



approachable and love seeing a plan come together. You enjoy working with people, have a great eye for detail and can confidently manage competing priorities in a busy hospitality environment.

You’ll Bring

- Experience in events, weddings, conferences or a hospitality environment
- Robust organisation and attention to detail
- Confident communication and relationship-building skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems on the go
- Experience with iVvy or a similar event management system will be highly regarded
