THE OPPORTUNITY

Saint Haven is a collection of premium private clubs redefining the expectations of luxury, hospitality and personalised service. Bringing together exceptional design, considered spaces and six-star service, Saint Haven delivers an elevated club experience built around genuine connection, attention to detail and exceptional hospitality.

We are seeking an experienced Experience Leader to lead our Front of House team and set the standard for an outstanding member experience.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands that exceptional service is in the detail. From the first welcome to the final farewell, you will lead a team that creates genuine connections, anticipates member needs and delivers a consistently exceptional experience.

THE ROLE

- Lead the day-to-day Front of House operations, setting and maintaining exceptional six-star service standards.
- Lead, develop and inspire the Front of House team to deliver personalised, attentive and consistent service.
- Build genuine relationships with members, recognising preferences and anticipating individual needs.
- Oversee the end-to-end member experience, ensuring every interaction feels considered, seamless and personal.
- Maintain impeccable presentation standards across all club spaces, ensuring the environment reflects the Saint Haven experience.
- Oversee the delivery of premium food, beverage and retail experiences, maintaining exceptional hospitality standards.
- Identify opportunities to continually elevate the member experience through thoughtful service and operational improvements.

ABOUT YOU

You are a polished hospitality leader who understands what exceptional service looks like and knows how to bring it to life through your team. You take pride in the details, naturally connect with people and understand the importance of creating an environment where members feel recognised, valued and genuinely welcomed.

You will bring

- Proven leadership experience within luxury hospitality, premium hotels, private clubs or high-end restaurants.
- A strong understanding of six-star service standards and personalised guest experiences.
- The ability to lead, develop and motivate a high-performing Front of House team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence engaging with members and senior stakeholders.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
- Impeccable presentation, professionalism and attention to detail.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating exceptional experiences.
