To support our growth, we are looking for vibrant, experienced professionals to join our Food & Beverage team.

About the Role

We are seeking Experienced Casual Bar and Event Staff who thrive in fast-paced hospitality environments. From high-end corporate conferences to stunning destination weddings and busy bar service, your role will be dynamic, hands-on, and focused on delivering exceptional service.

- Employment Type: Casual
- Pay Rate: Attractive casual award rates depending on experience (including weekend and evening penalty structures).

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

- Provide professional beverage service, including efficient beer, wine, and spirit service, and high-standard cocktail preparation.
- Assist in setting up, running, and packing down diverse function spaces for corporate conferences,



banquets, and weddings.
- Deliver premium floor and table service to event guests with a warm, accommodating demeanour.
- Maintain spotless bar work areas, comply with venue operations, and handle point-of-sale transactions accurately.
- Always Uphold standard Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) guidelines.

Skills & Experience Required:

- Must have previous experience working in a busy bar, restaurant, or high-volume event/banquet environment.
- A current, valid NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) competency card.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you genuinely love engaging with people and working as a team.
- Excellent presentation, grooming, and a professional, welcoming attitude.
- Ability to remain calm, productive, and positive under pressure during large-scale events.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and manage standard hospitality event setups.

Pay: $34.00 – $47.00 per hour
