WHO WE WANT ON THE CREW We're interested in experienced people across all areas of asphalt operations, including:
- Previous hands-on asphalt or road surfacing experience
- Understanding of asphalt paving operations and crew environments
- Relevant machinery operating experience where applicable
- White Card
- Current driver's licence
- Reliable transport and a robust work ethic
- A team-first attitude and commitment to safety
