We are seeking an experienced, reliable and motivated Café All-Rounder to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be confident working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, able to multitask efficiently and maintain quality and consistency during busy service periods.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality coffees, matcha and specialty beverages
- Learn and consistently prepare our range of signature drinks
- Manage multiple drink orders efficiently during peak periods
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Maintain a clean, organised and efficient workstation
- Assist with general café duties as required
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements
- Previous experience in a busy café environment
- Robust coffee-making skills and experience preparing matcha beverages
- Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure
- Excellent multitasking and time-management skills
- Willingness to learn new recipes and follow drink preparation standards
- Reliable, punctual and a positive team player
- Flexibility with working days, including weekends, is preferred
