Espresso Works is seeking an Experienced Coffee Machine Technician to join the O'Connor team. You will service and maintain commercial and domestic espresso equipment, working with industry-leading global brands and cutting-edge machinery. This is a full-time, on-site role offering stable hours in a long-standing Western Australian business.
Key responsibilities
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults on commercial and domestic equipment
- Execute top-to-bottom bench repairs, custom rebuilds, and preventive maintenance schedules
- Deploy, calibrate, and water-filter new equipment setups
- Provide outstanding, professional customer service as the trusted technical face of the brand
- Manage van inventory, order parts, and keep sharp service records
About you
- Minimum 2 years of dedicated, hands-on experience servicing commercial espresso machinery
- A Restricted Electrical Licence (REL) is highly preferred
- Advanced technical problem-solving ability and mechanical intuition
- Exceptional communication skills
- A valid Australian driver's licence and full working rights
