The Village Gym & Swim School is looking for a passionate and experienced Physiotherapist to join our growing team in beautiful Pottsville, on the Northern NSW coast.

We're more than just a physiotherapy clinic. Our facility brings together physiotherapy, a fully equipped gym, heated indoor pool, hydrotherapy and specialised exercise programs, allowing our physios to offer a hands-on, holistic approach to rehabilitation and long-term health.

We're looking for someone who is confident in their clinical skills, enjoys building relationships with patients and wants to be part of a friendly, professional team.

About the Role

You'll be working with a diverse range of patients, providing individualised treatment plans and helping people achieve their health, rehabilitation and fitness goals.

Your role will include

- Assessing, diagnosing and treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions.

- Developing personalised treatment and rehabilitation programs.

- Utilising our gym and hydrotherapy facilities as part of patient treatment.

- Working collaboratively with our physiotherapists and other health professionals.

- Building solid, ongoing relationships with patients.

- Maintaining accurate clinical notes and patient records.

What We're Looking For

- An experienced Physiotherapist with strong clinical reasoning and hands-on treatment skills.





- Current AHPRA registration.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Confidence working independently and as part of a team.

- A genuine passion for helping patients achieve long-term results.

- A positive attitude and commitment to delivering high-quality care.

Experience in exercise-based rehabilitation, hydrotherapy or strength and conditioning would be highly regarded.
