About the role

You'll be trusted to manage a variety of plumbing jobs independently, from initial investigation through to completion. This role offers the opportunity to work across residential and commercial plumbing, with independence and autonomy to manage your own jobs and make decisions without being micromanaged.

Key responsibilities

- Fault finding & diagnostics – investigate, identify and resolve plumbing issues with confidence
- General plumbing maintenance – repairs and installations of taps, toilets, hot water systems and fixtures
- Drainage solutions – blocked drains, CCTV inspections, jet blasting and drainage repairs
- Renovations & installations – rough-ins, fit-offs and plumbing upgrades
- Commercial plumbing – maintenance, repairs and troubleshooting
- Roof plumbing & guttering – inspections, repairs and installations
- Customer communication – explain findings, provide recommendations and represent our company professionally
- Job documentation – maintain accurate job notes, photographs and records using our digital job management system

About you

- Qualified and appropriately licensed plumber with a minimum of 8 years' industry experience
- Strong fault-finding, diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Confident working independently and managing jobs from start to finish




- High standards of workmanship and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Sound knowledge of plumbing regulations and compliance
- Professional, punctual, reliable and well-presented
- Current driver's licence and own hand tools
- Comfortable using digital job management software
