The Position
- Receive and arrange Export bookings
- Process Air/Sea freight job registrations
- Lodge EDN's and PRA's
- Co-ordinate delivery of containers to terminals
- Prepare and issue invoices
- Liaising with customers, airlines, shipping lines, transport companies, overseas offices and agents
- Dangerous Goods Acceptance - Air/Sea
The Requirements
- Local freight forwarding experience in a similar role or within sales support and willing to learn exports - 2+years
- Focused on providing superior customer service every time
- Positive team player
- Confident and effective communication skills
- Must have full working rights within Australia
