The Role

We’re looking for a reliable Factory Hand & Operator to join our production team. This is a diverse, hands-on role across the factory - supporting machine operators, running the end of the production line, and moving materials and finished goods by forklift every day.

If you’re motivated to learn, we’ll support you to upskill, with a pathway into specialist machine operator roles and better earning potential.

This is a full-time, day-shift role (Monday to Friday, 7am - 3pm), with occasional overtime available.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate a forklift to move board, work-in-progress, and finished goods
- Stack, pack, and strap finished cartons at the end of the line
- Feed and remove material from machinery
- Assist operators during setups and production runs
- Run basic machines once trained
- Load and unload trucks




- Remove cardboard offcuts from production runs and help keep the factory tidy
- Follow all safety procedures and work instructions

What You’ll Bring

- Current forklift licence
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience (preferred)
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong safety mindset
- A solid work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to do physical work in a factory environment
- Mechanical aptitude (advantageous but not required)

What We Offer

- $65,000 - $70,000 + super
- Day shift, Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime available
