Wilde Law Group is a boutique practice with a strong family law emphasis in Unanderra, acting across the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia in both divisions. Our work includes all kinds of family law matters, crime, personal injury, civil disputes and estate planning.
The role. Depending on experience, you will assist the Principal Solicitor with files or have carriage of your own. You will work with the drafting support of our paralegal team behind you. You will draft your own correspondence and affidavits, appear at mentions and early resolution events, and move into interim hearings as you are ready. We brief counsel regularly, and you will be in the conference and in court when we do.
What we are looking for.
A NSW practising certificate and at least one year of post-admission experience. You be on the High Court of Australia role. You should be comfortable on your feet, or genuinely want to be. You should have robust written advocacy.
What we offer.
- $75,000 – $90,000 plus superannuation, depending on experience
