National Herd Development is a leading provider of Herd Improvement Services to Beef & Dairy clients, with branches across Victoria and South Australia. This is a Full-Time position, based at our Murray Bridge office, with in-house training available for the successful applicant.
Key responsibilities
- Artificial Insemination
- Freeze Branding
- Calf De-budding
- Blood Preg Testing
- Synch AB planning and procedures
- Packing/Unpacking & distribution of genetic material
- Delivery of LN2 to clients local & surrounding areas
- Liaise with farmers
- Sales and Promotion of all NHD's business
About you
- Good people and computer skills
- Able to think quickly and concisely
- Able to work in a friendly and supportive team environment
- Work early mornings and late afternoons
- Able to work without immediate supervision out in the field
- Good knowledge of the beef & dairy industry is favourable but not compulsory
- Experience preferred
