Flex Recruit is currently seeking skilled and experienced Boilermakers/Welders for a range of mining, civil construction, maintenance and shutdown projects across Western Australia, with both FIFO and local opportunities available.

We are looking for reliable, safety-conscious individuals with experience in structural steel fabrication, welding, repairs and maintenance of heavy machinery and mining equipment.

Whether you have experience in mine site maintenance, shutdowns or workshop fabrication, we want to hear from you!

What we're looking for

- Trade-qualified Boilermakers/Welders with 5 years of proven industry experience.

- Experience in mining maintenance, shutdowns or workshop fabrication.

- 3G/4G welding experience preferred.

- RIO FMG inducted highly regarded.

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and fabrication specifications.

- Solid commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Valid Australian working rights.
