About the Opportunity

Constructability WA Pty Ltd is seeking experienced Formworkers / Carpenters, Steel Fixers and Concreters to join our growing team on a major mining construction project in Western Australia. Due to ongoing project commitments and an increasing workload, we are offering excellent opportunities for skilled construction personnel looking for consistent work, competitive remuneration and long-term employment prospects.

Positions Available

- Formworkers / Carpenters – Experienced in conventional and engineered formwork systems, concrete foundations and structural concrete works.
- Steel Fixers – Experienced in reinforcement installation, interpreting construction drawings and working on complex civil and structural concrete projects.
- Concreters – Experienced in concrete placement, finishing, foundations, slabs and general civil concrete construction.

About You

To be considered, applicants should demonstrate:

- Proven experience in civil and structural concrete construction
- Relevant experience as a Formworker, Steel Fixer or Concreter
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings relevant to your trade
- Previous mining or major civil construction experience (highly regarded)
- Current Construction White Card
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening
- Strong understanding of workplace health and safety requirements
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliability, a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
- Willingness to work a FIFO 2:1 roster
