AU Money Group is seeking Finance Brokers with at least 6 months of Australian finance broking experience to join our growing network. Work remotely from anywhere in Australia with practical onboarding and ongoing broker support.

This is not a mortgage broker role. You must have experience writing vehicle finance, asset/equipment finance, personal loans and/or business finance.

About the role

- Understand customer needs and help identify suitable finance options.
- Prepare and manage applications from enquiry through to settlement, including document collection, lender liaison and customer updates.
- Maintain accurate CRM and application records and follow applicable compliance, privacy and responsible lending requirements.
- Build strong customer and referral relationships and deliver clear, professional service.

About you

- At least 6 months of experience working as a Finance Broker in Australia.
- Experience in one or more of vehicle finance, asset/equipment finance, personal loans or business finance. Mortgage-only experience does not meet the requirements of this role.
- Strong communication, organisation and follow-up skills.
- Confidence using CRM and finance application systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
- Experience managing applications from enquiry through to settlement is preferred.

This is a commission-based contract opportunity, offering commission of up to 100%, subject to the agreed broker arrangement and commission structure. Full commercial terms will be discussed during the recruitment process.
