Adecco are currently partnering with a growing and well-established organisation seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join their high-performing finance team.

Reporting directly to senior leadership, this role offers a unique opportunity to take ownership of the finance function while partnering closely with operational and executive stakeholders to influence business performance and strategic decision-making.

This position combines financial control, commercial finance, business partnering and team leadership, making it ideally suited to a finance professional looking to take the next step in their career within a dynamic and evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead month-end, quarter-end and year-end reporting activities
- Deliver accurate and insightful management reporting across key business units
- Prepare annual budgets, forecasts and long-range financial plans
- Partner with senior stakeholders to provide meaningful commercial and financial insights
- Monitor business performance, identify key trends and provide recommendations to improve profitability
- Develop financial models and business cases to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions
- Manage cash flow forecasting, working capital and financial risk
- Oversee statutory compliance, taxation obligations and external audit requirements
- Drive continuous improvement, process optimisation and systems enhancement initiatives
- Lead and mentor finance team members while fostering a high-performance culture
- Support executive leadership with strategic planning and financial decision-making

About You To be successful in this role,



you will be an experienced finance professional who is equally comfortable operating at both a strategic and hands-on level.

You will possess strong technical expertise, excellent commercial acumen and the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of an organisation.

- CA or CPA qualified
- Degree qualified in Accounting, Commerce or Finance
- Demonstrated experience within a Finance Manager, Financial Controller, Senior Management Accountant or Finance Business Partner role
- Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling capabilities
- Experience delivering financial and commercial insights that drive business performance
- Advanced Excel skills and exposure to ERP systems
- Proven stakeholder management and business partnering experience
- Strong understanding of financial controls, compliance and reporting requirements
- Experience leading process improvement or transformation initiatives highly regarded
- Previous leadership or mentoring experience advantageous
