What You’ll Be Doing:

- Dual-Area Variety: Work across both our Kewdale Manufacturing and Fitting areas, utilizing a wide range of manual machines and tooling to complete custom production runs and key internal projects.
- Workshop Autonomy: Self-manage your tooling, setup, and machining requirements to hit project specs while actively driving efficiency and safety in your workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Partner closely with workshop peers, supervisors, and cross-functional teams to discuss progress, troubleshoot setups, and deliver quality outcomes

- Trade Qualified: Trade Certificate in Engineering (Fitter-Machinist).
- Proven Experience: Practical fitting and machining background within a high-standards jobbing or production environment.
- Trade Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for machining, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Precision & Pride: Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and high standards for workplace safety and housekeeping.

Desirable Extras:

- High-Risk Forklift (LF) and Dogging/Rigging (DG/RB) Licenses.




- Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) qualifications or relevant hands-on experience.
