The Role:
We're looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team. You'll help create memorable guest experiences through friendly service, teamwork and a genuine passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of service areas
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with a positive attitude
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
- Process payments and operate POS systems
What We're Looking For:
- A friendly, positive attitude and passion for customer service
- Solid communication skills and a team-first mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Previous hospitality experience preferred, but not essential
- Current RSA certificate
- Availability across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
