We are seeking enthusiastic, experienced Hospitality All-Rounders to join our team for the upcoming Christmas season.
Located in Joondalup, conveniently close to the train station, our venue offers a fun, energetic and fast-paced working environment. We are looking for reliable hospitality professionals who enjoy working as part of a team and delivering excellent customer experiences.
About the Role
Successful applicants will assist with the day-to-day operations of our venue, including:
- Bar and beverage service.
- Food and beverage service.
- Customer service and guest engagement.
- Functions, events and group bookings.
- Maintaining venue presentation and cleanliness.
- Working collaboratively with the wider team during busy service periods.
About You To be considered for this position, you must:
- Have a minimum of 2 years’ hospitality experience in a restaurant, bar, pub, winery or café.
- Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
- Be 18 years of age or older.
- Have excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Be reliable,
punctual and well-presented.
- Be comfortable working in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
- Have a positive attitude and the ability to work independently and within a team.
Highly regarded:
- Current Approved Manager certification.
- Previous experience working in functions or events.
- Availability across evenings and weekends throughout the Christmas period.
