Food & Beverage Attendant The Lookout Echo Point | Katoomba, NSW

Looking for a role with one of Australia's most iconic views?

The Lookout Echo Point is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team. Located at the world-famous Three Sisters, we welcome guests from around the globe and pride ourselves on delivering exceptional hospitality in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

About the Role

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will be responsible for creating outstanding guest experiences through friendly service, quality food and beverage delivery, and maintaining high venue standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service to local and international guests
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Prepare and serve food, coffee, and beverages
- Operate POS systems and process payments
- Transparent and reset tables and maintain venue presentation
- Assist with tour groups, functions, and special events
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and RSA requirements




- Work collaboratively with kitchen, café, and bar teams

About You

- Passionate about hospitality and customer service
- Friendly, reliable, and well-presented
- Able to work efficiently in a busy environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
- Current RSA (or willing to obtain)
- Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not essential
