Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to patrons, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience.
- Take pride in your personal presentation and represent Norths with professionalism.
- Communicate effectively with peers, supervisors, and patrons to ensure smooth operations.
- Show initiative and be driven to contribute positively to the team environment.
- Work autonomously while also collaborating with team members as needed.
- Manage your time efficiently and handle a high volume of tasks associated with the hospitality industry.
- Be flexible to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
About You
- Previous experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential)
- Coffee Experience (preferred)
- Outstanding customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Current Protected Food Handling, RSA, and RSG certification and a current Police check.
