Join the Virgin Australia Lounge team at Brisbane Domestic Airport and help deliver exceptional food, beverage and customer service experiences in a premium hospitality environment.

We're looking for enthusiastic, guest-focused team members who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering outstanding service. Shifts operate across a 7-day roster with early morning shifts available.

What You'll Do

- Deliver exceptional customer service to lounge guests
- Prepare and serve food and beverages
- Maintain buffet, dining and service areas to a high standard
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Work collaboratively with the team to create a premium guest experience

What You'll Bring

- Previous hospitality experience
- Solid communication and customer service skills




- Professional presentation and a positive attitude
- A current RSA Certificate
- Reliable transport and availability for early morning shifts
- Willingness and ability to obtain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC)
