About the role

We are seeking a Food Process Worker to join Programmed on a casual basis in Forestville, SA 5035. This is an ideal chance for individuals looking for flexible work within the food processing sector. As a Food Process Worker, you will play a vital role in maintaining the efficiency and quality of our food production operations. This position offers the flexibility of casual work whilst contributing to a dynamic and fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

- Operate and monitor food processing machinery and equipment in accordance with safety and quality standards

- Prepare raw materials and ingredients for production processes

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the production area, adhering to food safety regulations

- Package, label and palletise finished products for distribution

- Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet company specifications

- Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions consistently

- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors immediately

- Support team members and contribute to a collaborative work environment

- Complete required documentation and records accurately

What we're looking for

- Previous experience in food processing, manufacturing or a similar production environment is advantageous
