Oriental Teahouse Formal Service Trade Waiter We are looking for those who specializes in providing high end service, well versed in formal table service, wine pairing and have extensive knowledge of menu offerings. This role primarily serves our dining room in our restaurant in Melbourne.

responsibilities Trade Waiter Effectively follow the dining service sequence as outlined in the company’s processes and procedure manuals. Ensuring that an appropriate level of menu and beverage knowledge is demonstrated to guests (including answering questions on menu items, cooking preparation/methods, ingredients and recommendations)



Arranging and setting tables in an organized and visually appealing manner Support Maître D in taking & handling reservations and following our SOPs on our booking platform Ensuring accurate bookings, organizing table allocations, and maximizing seating capacity. Oversee the seating arrangements, ensure tables are properly set.
