We are looking for a passionate and hands-on Franchise Support Consultant to join our team at Yogurberry Australia. This is a rare opportunity to break into franchise operations and work across training, auditing and store support — no corporate experience required.

About the Role
This is a hybrid support and field-based role designed for someone with hospitality management experience who’s ready to move up.
You’ll work closely with our Operations Manager to:
- Support new store launches and franchisee onboarding
- Train new team members in customer service, food safety and daily ops
- Deliver refresher training after audits
- Encourage stores to engage customers and offer samples
- Conduct store visits and assist with reporting and compliance
- Assist in creating basic training tools and checklists
- General administration and communication with stores

- Currently manage or supervise one or more QSR, café or hospitality venues
- Are known for excellent customer service and team training
- Want to grow your career in franchise support or operations
- Are confident speaking to small groups and coaching new team members
- Are organised, proactive, and ready to hit the ground running
You’ll need:
- At least 2 years in a retail or hospitality leadership role
- Strong customer service focus
- Driver’s licence and access to a car (travel is required)
- Willingness to travel to stores and work some weekends during store openings
- Bonus and highly regarded: Cert IV Training & Assessment
Salary: $70,000 + Super + Travel allowance Based in Silverwater, NSW
Monday to Friday role, occasional weekend support may be required
