Freelance Packaging Finished Artist / Production Designer

Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Packaging Designer to join our team in office in Silverwater for a short-term project. You will assist with finalising and rolling out packaging artwork for a major retail client.
Key Responsibilities
- Adapt approved master concepts across a range of packaging formats.
- Set up print-ready finished artwork to strict supplier specifications and retail brand guidelines.
- Thoroughly check artwork for typographical accuracy, layout consistency, and prepress compliance before dispatch to print.
Requirements
- Proven background as a Finished Artist/Designer with dedicated experience in retail packaging.
- Expert command of Adobe Creative Cloud (specifically Illustrator and InDesign, paired with solid Photoshop retouching skills).
- Deep understanding of packaging print production processes and prepress setup.
- Exceptional eye for detail, with the ability to manage high-volume SKU rollouts efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Full availability to work on-site in Silverwater starting Monday, 9 November.
