Join our small, professional team in a stunning beachfront location. We're looking for a skilled and personable Supervisor to deliver warm, attentive service in our luxury boutique hotel and hatted restaurant.
What You’ll Do:
- Supervise a lunch and/or dinner shift
- Provide polished, friendly service in an intimate setting
- Work closely with a tight-knit team to ensure smooth, memorable dining experiences
- Maintain a clean, well-presented section with robust attention to detail
- Be open to work at breakfast and eventually supervise the morning team
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in high-end or hatted venues
- A calm, confident presence with a genuine love of hospitality
- Excellent communication, timing, and teamwork
