Experienced Hospitality Staff Wanted | Visa Sponsorship May Be Available

We are looking for an experienced, friendly, and energetic Front of House All-Rounder / Bartender to join our team at our Mexican restaurant in Mascot, NSW.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of hospitality experience, excellent customer service skills, and strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and bar operations.

### Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Take customer orders and serve food and beverages.
- Prepare and serve cocktails, margaritas, beer, wine, and other drinks.
- Demonstrate good knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and bar operations.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar and restaurant floor.
- Handle customer enquiries and ensure guests have an enjoyable dining experience.
- Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team during busy service periods.

### Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of relevant hospitality experience.
- Previous experience in bartending and front-of-house customer service.
- Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beverage service.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, skilled attitude.
- Reliable, punctual,



and able to work evenings and weekends.
- Current RSA certification, where required.
- Applicants located in Mascot or nearby suburbs are encouraged to apply.

### Preferred Experience

- Experience working in a Mexican or Latin American restaurant is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Mexican cuisine, cocktails, and Latin American food and drink culture is highly regarded.
- Strong customer service skills and confidence working behind a bar.
