Key Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth day to day task and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Taking orders and delivering food and drinks to guests.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service.
- Embody the relaxed yet vibrant Italian hospitality, engaging with guests to ensure a memorable experience.
Requirements
- Previous management experience in hospitality is preferred.
- Strong team management and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Dynamic and outgoing personality that enhances guest interactions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability Tuesday to Friday evenings, and weekends for lunch and dinner.
- Current RSA Certificate and experience in bar and barista roles.
