Chocolate Destinations Group is recruiting for experienced, capable, hands-on Front of House team members to work at our stunning Great Ocean Road Chocolaterie & Ice Creamery located 10 minutes from Torquay.

About you The ideal applicants:

- Have some experience working in a fast-paced café, fast food, or retail workplace.
- Confident team player with experience talking in front of small groups.
- May have experience as a Barista.
- Deliver on high standards of excellence, presentation, and cleanliness.
- Bring a ‘can do’, welcoming, fun attitude to work.
- Thrive in a fast paced, energetic, dynamic environment.
- Enjoys merchandising and creating stunning ‘wow factor’ displays.

Your Role We are looking for friendly, hardworking and customer focused team members to join our team.

The role involves welcoming and tending to guests, serving breakfast, lunch, pastries and desserts, as well as helping them explore our range of amazing chocolate creations and gifts.

Due to the nature of our business,



we require availability throughout the week in addition to most weekends and public holidays.

The pay rate is dependent on age and experience.

The retail showroom has over 480 different chocolate products with chocolate and pastry production on view. The 300 seat all day Café is a vital contributor to the customer experience as is our in-house ice creamery.
