We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Food Production Operator to join our small team in Brookvale, Sydney. This is a wide-ranging role across production and warehouse, suited to someone who takes pride in quality and is happy to jump in wherever needed.

About the Role

This role is primarily production-based, with some involvement in warehouse and dispatch tasks. As we grow and bring in new equipment, flexibility and a willingness to learn are key.

You'll also be trusted to help close down production shifts, ensuring everything is cleaned, packed down, and set up properly for the next day.

- Work closely with the Food Production Manager and Assistant Manager

- Opportunity to grow into a supervisory role over time

- Rotating roster may be required, including early starts and occasional later finishes

- Overtime available

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare Pure Pops mixes and products to strict quality and food safety standards

- Follow recipes, operate machinery, and complete batch records accurately

- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and HACCP compliance

- Support daily production operations, including start-up, washing, and packing

- Assist with closing shifts — cleaning, pack-down,



and ensuring the space is ready for the next day

- Monitor product quality and raise or resolve any issues with the team

- Assist with packing orders, palletising, and stock movement

- Help maintain an organised, clean, and safe production and warehouse environment

- Work flexibly across production and warehouse as required

What We're Looking For

- 1+ years experience in food production, manufacturing, or a similar hands-on role

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

- Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices

- Reliable and responsible, with the ability to work independently
- A team player who's happy to step in wherever needed

- Comfortable taking ownership of end-of-day tasks and closing shifts

- Flexible and adaptable as production evolves

- Must be eligible to work in Australia with acceptable work visa.

- Looking for a long term hire (12 month minimum)
