About the role

Health and Wellbeing North Ward is seeking a dedicated and motivated General Practitioner to join our supportive and professional team, with the opportunity to step into an established patient base from a long-serving and highly respected GP. As a private billing clinic, you'll work with a moderate to high socioeconomic patient base, allowing for a rewarding and sustainable practice model. You'll be supported by a close-knit team of experienced GPs, skilled registered nurses, a proactive practice manager, and warm, welcoming reception staff.

Our modern, well-equipped clinic is situated in the heart of North Ward with high foot traffic, convenient amenities, and a collaborative, dynamic work environment.

Key responsibilities

- Provide exceptional, patient-centred care
- Work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
- Utilise Best Practice Software and Hotdoc for clinical management
- Maintain high clinical standards and ongoing professional development

About you

- VR-qualified GP with current AHPRA registration
- A minimum of two years of relevant work experience
- Committed to providing exceptional, patient-centred care
- Committed to ongoing career development and maintaining high clinical standards




- Skilled in clinical decision-making and able to work independently, while contributing to a collaborative team environment
- Proficient with Best Practice Software or willing to quickly adapt to new systems
- Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and professional bedside manner

Our practice is open Monday to Saturday, utilises Best Practice Software and Hotdoc for efficient, streamlined clinical management, and features 14 well-appointed consulting rooms, a large, fully equipped treatment room, a spacious waiting area, and kitchen/staff amenities. Our practice operates under a system that fully respects GP autonomy.
