What you'll do

- Manage the full client journey for weddings, private celebrations and corporate events,



from enquiry and venue tour to final details

- Respond to enquiries promptly, conduct site inspections and convert leads into confirmed bookings

- Prepare quotes, proposals, contracts and function sheets

- Plan and coordinate each event in advance, including timelines, run sheets, floor plans, menus and beverage packages

- Liaise with the kitchen, bar, restaurant and estate teams so everyone is briefed well before the event

- Coordinate external suppliers such as florists, celebrants, photographers, musicians and hire companies

- Manage the events calendar, deposits, payments and final numbers

- Meet with clients to finalise details and keep them confident and informed throughout

- Work closely with the marketing team to showcase the venue and support the events enquiry pipeline

- Report on bookings, enquiries and event performance to management

You'll guide couples and clients from first enquiry through to the big day, planning every detail ahead of time so each event runs beautifully across our vineyard, olive grove and Piazza.

About you

- Proven wedding experience (essential)

- Previous experience in a functions, events or venue coordination role, ideally at management level

- Outstanding communication, organisation and attention to detail

- Confidence with quoting, contracts and managing multiple events at once
- A warm, professional manner with clients, and calm when plans change

- Comfortable using function booking software and Microsoft Office

- Current RSA certificate
