About the Role
- Provide friendly and professional customer service to members and guests in our gaming room.
- Assist customers with gaming machines, payouts and general enquiries.
- Ensure gaming areas are clean, comfortable and welcoming.
- Serve beverages and assist with bar service when required.
- Promote responsible gaming practices and ensure compliance with gaming regulations.
- Work as part of a supportive team to deliver a positive experience for every guest.
About You
- Friendly, reliable and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
- A great communicator who enjoys interacting with people.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Holds a current RSA and Victorian Responsible Service of Gambling (RSG) certification, or is willing to obtain the required qualifications.
- Previous gaming experience is an advantage, but not essential – we're happy to train the right person!
