Based in Melbourne, this opportunity will suit a commercially minded and hands-on leader who thrives in a dynamic manufacturing environment and is motivated by the challenge of developing a business and its people.

Key Responsibilities:

- Leading the business with full P&L; accountability, driving financial performance, profitability, cost control and working capital management.

- Taking a hands-on lead in establishing and developing manufacturing facilities, including site setup, capital investment, automation procurement and commissioning, and production capacity expansion.

- Driving operational excellence across multiple manufacturing processes, improving output, productivity, efficiency and overall plant performance.

- Implementing robust systems for quality assurance, production planning,



supply chain continuity, workforce development and workplace safety.

- Building and leading a capable manufacturing team while working closely with key stakeholders to support business growth, strengthen operational capability and ensure knowledge continuity.

About You:

- A proven manufacturing leader with experience in Australian manufacturing, ideally within prefabricated or construction-related products.

- Robust technical knowledge of manufacturing processes, with an understanding of production equipment, automation and industrial operations.

- Experience leading a manufacturing business through a period of growth, transformation or operational change.

- Commercially astute, with the ability to interpret financial performance, identify opportunities and make sound business decisions.

- A people-focused leader who can develop capable teams, foster accountability and build a positive workplace culture.

- Confident working alongside business owners and senior stakeholders, bringing sound judgement, initiative and a collaborative approach to leadership.
