Role: Technology Governance and Performance Analyst

Location: Sydney

Essential Experience:

· Demonstrated experience in governance, performance reporting, PMO, audit, risk or business operations functions.

· Proven experience delivering reporting improvements, reporting automation or reporting transformation initiatives.

· Experience developing and maintaining executive reports, dashboards, KPI frameworks, scorecards and performance reporting artefacts.

· Experience with Power BI dashboard development and reporting visualisation.

· Experience coordinating governance forums, committees or management meetings, including agenda preparation, minute taking and action management.

· Experience managing audit actions, risk treatments, governance registers and stakeholder commitments.

· Experience developing and maintaining SharePoint sites, pages, repositories and collaboration workspaces.

· Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.

Desired Experience:

- Experience within a Technology, Digital, IT or Transformation environment.
- Experience supporting audit, risk,



compliance or assurance activities.
- Experience with governance, risk and compliance platforms such as ServiceNow IRM, CAMMS or Riskonnect.

Qualifications, Training and Skills

Essential:

· Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills, including preparation of executive and governance reporting packs.

· Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting analysis capability.

· Strong Power BI dashboard development and reporting skills.

· Solid SharePoint administration, content management and information management capability.

· Excellent written communication, documentation and facilitation skills.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving and continuous improvement capability.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Desired:

· Experience in business process mapping, documentation and process improvement.

· Knowledge of governance, risk, audit or performance management frameworks
