About the Role

We’re looking for a creative, highly driven Content Marketing & Growth Executive to help grow our client's brand through content creation, social media, and growth initiatives.

This person should have a strong understanding of the US market, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to turn creative ideas into engaging content and measurable marketing results.

You should be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced startup environment, experimenting with recent approaches, and taking ownership of projects from ideation through execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging and compelling content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter/X.
- Develop creative marketing ideas and growth initiatives to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and product visibility.
- Plan and execute social media content strategies that align with the company's brand positioning and target audience.




- Act as a strong voice and representative of the brand across digital platforms.
- Identify relevant trends, topics, and opportunities within the US market to create locally relevant content.
- Experiment with different content formats, messaging, and growth strategies to identify what resonates with the target audience.
- Execute marketing campaigns and track their performance to understand engagement and growth results.
- Take ownership of marketing initiatives, working independently and moving quickly from idea to execution.
- Collaborate with the team to continuously refine the brand's messaging, content, and overall marketing approach.

Requirements

- Native-level English communication skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong writing, storytelling, and content creation skills.
- Experience in content marketing, social media marketing, digital marketing, or growth marketing.
- Good understanding of major social media platforms, particularly Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter/X.
- Strong familiarity with the US market, including its consumer behaviour, social media trends, and digital culture.
- Creative, proactive, and highly execution-oriented, with the ability to translate ideas into actionable campaigns.
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced startup environment.
- A willingness to experiment, test new ideas, analyse results, and continuously improve marketing performance.
- Experience working in a startup or with a US-focused brand is highly preferred.
