About the Opportunity:

As a GTM Engineer, you will help rebuild ELMO’s revenue engine so our New Business sales teams, SDRs and AEs can spend more time selling and less time on research and administration. Working within Growth & Revenue Operations, you will connect fragmented go-to-market data, automate manual processes and surface the right signals to the right sales representative at the right time.

You will map how our go-to-market motion operates in practice, from the moment accounts, leads and contacts enter the funnel through enrichment, scoring, routing, engagement and conversion. By working closely with sales representatives and leaders, you will identify bottlenecks and turn them into a prioritised roadmap linked to meetings, pipeline and rep productivity.

You will design trusted scoring and routing models, combining fit, firmographic, technographic, intent and engagement data. You will also define actionable signals and establish speed-to-lead service levels, ensuring priority opportunities reach the right owner quickly and consistently.

This is a hands-on systems and automation role. You will build workflows for enrichment, contact discovery, account research, list creation, task management, sequencing triggers and CRM updates. You will develop AI-assisted workflows and agents for research, call preparation and personalisation, with appropriate human review and guardrails, and create trigger-based plays for events such as intent spikes, job changes, hiring, web engagement and re-engagement from lapsed opportunities.

You will connect and improve the go-to-market technology stack, measure the impact of each build, protect data quality and document workflows, scoring models and routing rules. You will also train sales teams on new processes and help ensure that all solutions meet ELMO’s information security, privacy and anti-spam obligations.
